Eddie Bearnot
Eddie Bearnot is CEO of Third Wave Business Systems, where he focuses on helping organizations scale through better systems, execution, and operational visibility. He brings experience leading growth in complex environments and a global perspective on building high-performing teams.
Prior to Third Wave, Eddie was CEO and co-founder of Frontier Nutrition, a venture-backed manufacturing company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He built the organization to 350+ employees and scaled production to over 50 million fortified snacks annually.
An execution-focused leader, Eddie is known for aligning teams, navigating change, and delivering results at scale in dynamic industries.
He holds a B.A. in International Relations from Carleton College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Michael Neuendorff
Michael Neuendorff has worked with Third Wave Business Systems since 2004. He started his career in (Big 6) accounting, international tax, and transfer pricing but, fortunately, found his passion for supply chain and business management systems in the late 1990s. Mike has been laser-focused in helping all his colleagues and our customers plan, design, implement, and maintain their business systems every single day since getting into the business management systems/ERP area long ago.
Mike has a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Supply Chain Management, both from Rutgers University.
Tyrel Denison
Tyrel Denison serves as Vice President of Product and Development at Third Wave, where he leads product strategy, engineering, and technology initiatives across the organization. He is an engineering leader and software developer with over 15 years of experience building and scaling web, mobile, and data-driven platforms, with recent focus on artificial intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled software products.
Prior to joining Third Wave, Tyrel served as Director of Engineering at J.B. Hunt, where he led multiple engineering teams supporting Carrier 360, a multi-billion-dollar transportation e-commerce platform, and helped guide the company’s transition to modern cloud-based and API-driven architecture. He later co-founded an AI consultancy and product studio, where he built AI-powered tools including voice agents, retrieval-augmented knowledge systems, and automation platforms for retail and e-commerce organizations.
Tyrel is passionate about aligning product strategy, engineering, and emerging technologies like AI to create practical solutions that drive business outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas.
Kellen Liu
Kellen Liu is VP of Finance & Growth at Third Wave Business Systems, where he leads financial operations and growth initiatives. He has played a key role in improving revenue growth and profitability while building scalable systems across the business.
Previously, Kellen worked at Evergreen Services Group, supporting M&A and operational value creation across a portfolio of IT services companies. He holds degrees in Physics and Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
Curtis Riddle
Curtis manages Third Wave’s extensive team of dedicated consultants. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he has dedicated his career to the field of ERP consulting and implementation, amassing over a decade of experience and leadership. His passion lies in building high-performing teams, and he has prioritized assembling a top-tier group of professionals at Third Wave.
Curtis’ leadership and expertise have been instrumental in driving success for clients and fostering a culture of excellence within the consulting team. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
