Chris Milan, CEO
Chris Milan serves as the CEO of Third Wave Business Systems with more than 30 years of success in the ERP industry. He has extensive experience building sales operations, streamlining business processes, strategic information systems, executing integration strategies, and strengthening corporate culture. An industry visionary, Chris specializes in transformation strategies to initiate growth and creating industrial solutions by leveraging the development of product IP to further enhance standard ERP solutions.
Chris believes in the servant leadership framework and a partnership 1st approach to business practices. Chris attained his BBA in Accounting from Ohio University.
Michael Foster, CPO
Mike is a seasoned entrepreneur and accomplished executive leader with over 25 years of experience in both B2B and B2C software markets. His expertise spans diverse domains including corporate multimedia, online consumer financial services, middle and back-office financial transaction processing, commercial data, and enterprise resource planning.
Currently, Mike spearheads product management at Third Wave, with a sharp focus on web and mobile human interaction, system integration, and process automation. His leadership is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions tailored to the specific needs of small businesses, empowering them to maximize the value of their ERP investments.
Michael Neuendorff, VP of Solutions & Services
Michael Neuendorff has worked with Third Wave Business Systems since 2004. He started his career in (Big 6) accounting, international tax, and transfer pricing but, fortunately, found his passion for supply chain and business management systems in the late 1990s. Mike has been laser-focused in helping all his colleagues and our customers plan, design, implement, and maintain their business systems every single day since getting into the business management systems/ERP area long ago.
Mike has a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Supply Chain Management, both from Rutgers University.
Abel Fernandes, Director of Development
Abel is an accomplished IT professional with more than twenty years of industry experience. His comprehensive skill set covers various domains, including application design, development, implementation, and project management.
He collaborates closely with the product and development teams to drive the strategic direction of products, playing a pivotal role in defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision.
Abel holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Kennesaw State University. His journey is marked by a commitment to growth, reflected in his certifications over the years from institutions like Microsoft, PMI.org, Deeplearning.ai, Stanford University, and the University of Michigan.
Rob Galberaith, Director of Sales
Rob has been focused on business consulting and solution development for the last 25 years. He has experience in the following industries: manufacturing, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, and professional services. He has always leveraged his experience in partner development and sales operations to grow the organizations where he has held leadership roles. Rob has worked with and led sales teams for many technology solution providers like ADP, Kronos, Microsoft, Salesforce, Infor, and others.
Rob graduated from Drake University with a BA in English and Business.

As the CMO at Third Wave, Caroline leverages her expertise to lead the Marketing and Communications team, focusing on strategic initiatives that drive business growth. She is renowned for her ability to build global, high-performing teams that execute strategic campaigns through storytelling, aligning closely with the company’s vision.
