  • ?Have you outgrown Quickbooks?
  • ?Does your business suffer from too many manual processes?
  • ?Do you want an ERP system that accommodates your company’s growth?

Whatever your business needs, We’ve got you covered

What to consider when selecting a new ERP solution?

  • Will your new ERP solution grow with your company?

As your business grows and evolves will the ERP solution keep up? Does the ERP solution include what I might need or do I need to pay more? Is the vendor heavily investing in the ERP solution?  How do they charge for the new functionality?

  • Who really owns your data and ERP system?

Do you want to control the timing of system updates without paying more?  Are you willing to give up ownership of your data?  Will the vendor give you a copy of your data or hold you hostage?  Some of the most known ERP providers do not allow you to fully own your data.

  • What is the partner’s experience and implementation approach?

The success or failure of your project is greatly influenced by your SAP Business One partner.  It is equally important to evaluate the partner as closely as the ERP solution and understand their implementation methodology, experience and ability to support your requirements now and in the future.

What to consider when selecting an ERP implementation partner?

  • Does the partner have the expertise your company needs?

Just knowing the core ERP solution is not enough anymore!  To gain the maximum benefit, your implementation partner should provide help with everything you may need – such as EDI, ecommerce integration, process automation, portals, mobile, advanced reporting, budgeting and more.

  • Will the partner’s implementation approach ensure success?

Your SAP Business One partner must ensure your team has a full understanding of the implementation phases, deliverables, communication and billing practices. Be warry of requests for prepayment of implementation services.

  • What happens after the implementation?

Are your implementation consultants still available or are you limited to contacting support?  Do you need to pay more to call for help vs submitting a support ticket? Will the support team understand your business and your implementation?

What Third Wave customers are saying

You’ve done some amazing things for us.
“I have to say that having a basic, correctly built accounting product is a tremendous relief. We can answer questions today that we couldn’t dream of generating an answer for two years ago. You folks are responsive. You’ve done some amazing things for us. I’ve also found that, in general, you’re very interested in developing our capabilities to use the system. You appear to be able and willing to learn enough about our business to help us figure out how to use the system. , I would be able to recommend you guys as excellent and responsible consultants.”

Operations Director – OGI Eyewear.

It all comes down to having the right experts
“Software is about 25% of it (the solution). It is the implementation, the process of making sure things are tweaked just so, that makes software fit your specific needs. And that is extremely important. When a company promises to implement a solution and the hours are lower than Third Wave’s estimate, I would ask them to list out the tasks and time to ensure they are covering all the bases. Our hurdles were based on the previous vendor(partner/reseller) not understanding things correctly. It all comes down to having the right experts.”

President – SANTEC

I truly enjoy Korey and all the people I have come in contact with at TWBS
“We are particularly blessed to have a systems architect on our team, (the person who oversees functionality of our online product), who was instrumental in helping us through the transition to SAP. When you’re changing my accounting system, I have to really love you! I truly enjoy Korey and all the people I have come in contact with at TWBS; thankfully we were assigned a few individuals who have made the process as painless as possible.”
